Most of my clients are women, and most arrive with a familiar cluster of issues: bloating, bowel movements you can't predict, a growing list of foods that seem to disagree with them. Others come in low on energy, low on vitality, quietly losing trust in their own bodies. What they tend to have in common is effort — they've dieted, exercised harder, fasted, cold-plunged, built a supplement stack that takes up a cupboard of its own. And still, how they feel doesn't match how hard they've tried.

That's where the clinical work starts. I was trained through functional medicine to dig into why symptoms are showing up in the first place, so we build a health timeline together — tracing back to the last time you remember feeling well, and working forward from there. I ask the questions that usually get skipped, connect what looks unconnected, and write an action plan around what's actually going on.

My goal is to help women feel well every day: rested when they wake up, with real energy for the day ahead, present for themselves, their work and the people they love.
